From being a below average shooter, to one of the best in the NBA G-League. The intangibles in John Petrucelli, I found only in a few. He has the urge to learn more, utilizes his great listening skills and being able to put the work in without hesitation. The fact that people around him say he looks like Klay Thompson, that’s ironic because his game is moldable like a piece of clay, literally, & that he can become a long distance shooter alongside being an overall offensive threat. I’m proud of the progress that John has made, & with him being a Division 2 player coming into the G-League, now getting a call up to be apart of an Orlando Magic NBA Summer League Team is a great accomplishment of the plan we had in place!
