During the early summer of 2017, Miles Bridges was apart of my off season program in Miami. This was a great article by John Niyo (Detroit News) displaying the bio and preview of what is to come of Miles Bridges (Michigan State). I am blessed to have the opportunity to be featured in this article and asked about what our regular workout routines consisted of. Once he can polish up his skills, he can be an All Star in the NBA.
